*REQUIREMENTS*
1. Candidate must score 180 and above in JAMB.
2. Candidate must visit the JAMB office, or JAMB-approved CBT Center to change institution to College of Nursing Sciences Oke-Ode.
3. Candidate must have at least five (5) O' Level Credits including English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Biology at not more than 2-sittings in WAEC, NECO or NABTEB
4. Combination of WAEC&WAEC. WAEC&NECO or NECO&NECO are accepted, NABTEB must be one sitting.
