ADMISSION CRITERIA
UCH, Ibadan entry into Perioperative Nursing School, 2025/2026
Applicants must be Registered Nurses (RN) with a current practice license from the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria.
Candidates should have the Senior Secondary School Certificate (WASSCE/NECO/SSCE) or GCE O' Level or an equivalent qualification with a minimum of 5 credit passes in English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry, and Physics in no more than two (2) sittings from the same examination body.
A minimum of one (1) year of post-qualification experience as a General Nurse is required.
Candidates must get approval for one (1) full year of leave from their employers or other training institutions.
This course is available as both full-time and residential.
APPLICATION PROCEDURE
To apply, visit the UCH schools’ portal at https://portal.uch-ibadan.org.ng and click on the REMITA PAYMENT button to pay the application fee of Twenty-Five Thousand Naira (₦25,000.00).
After completing the payment, candidates should register using their RRR, Email, and the Password utilized for the transaction.
Log in with your Email and Password to proceed with the online application process.
Visit the portal at https://portal.uch-ibadan.org.ng to download the Applicants’ User Guide.
Print 2 copies of your application form and Photocard to bring on the examination day.
Additionally, make a payment of Two Hundred Naira (₦200.00) to:

PLEASE NOTE:
The entrance examination and interviews are scheduled for July 2nd and 3rd, 2025, respectively.
Only candidates with verified Photocards will be permitted entry into the examination hall.
