Ekiti State University (EKSU), Ado-Ekiti, has announced the commencement of its Post-UTME/Direct Entry screening for the 2025/2026 academic session. The screening process will begin on Wednesday, 13th August 2025, and it will be conducted without an examination.
Eligibility Criteria
For UTME Candidates:
- Candidates must have a score of 150 or above (including those who did not initially select EKSU but are interested in changing to the institution on the JAMB CAPS).
- For high-demand courses, candidates must meet the following minimum UTME scores:
- Medicine & Surgery: 260
- Law: 250
- Pharmacy: 240
- Nursing Science: 230
- Medical Laboratory Science: 220
- Mass Communication: 200
- Engineering: 180
- Computer Science: 180
- Medical Biochemistry: 180
For Direct Entry Candidates:
- JUPEB candidates must have a minimum of 7 points. Note that IJMB is not accepted.
- Candidates must meet the stated credit/merit requirements and submit their transcripts by 19th September 2025.
Application Procedure
1. Visit [eksuportal.eksu.edu.ng](https://eksuportal.eksu.edu.ng) and click on ADMISSION.
2. Sign up using your active email address and phone number.
3. Log in with your email or JAMB registration number and password.
4. Select “2025/2026 PUTME Application” and fill in your details.
5. Pay the required fee online.
6. Upload a colored passport photo (with a red background, in JPEG format).
7. Upload your O’Level results (maximum of two sittings).
8. Review your information, confirm, submit your application, and print the form.
Important Notes
- Candidates awaiting results should apply only after their results have been released.
- NECO candidates must submit their Result Verification Token to the Admissions Office.
- Providing false information will result in automatic disqualification.
- Candidates who do not participate in the screening will not be considered for admission.
