Yobe State University (YSU) has commenced its Post-UTME and Direct Entry (DE) screening exercise for the 2025/2026 academic session. This exercise is for all candidates who selected YSU as their first choice in the 2025 UTME or DE application and have met the required minimum cut-off mark for their chosen programme. The registration officially began on Thursday, 7th August, and will end on Saturday, 4th September, 2025.
Eligible candidates are required to pay a screening fee of N2,000 only via REMITA. To proceed, applicants are to generate their REMITA Retrieval Reference (RRR) at any accredited cyber café, make payment, and complete the registration via the University portal:

During registration, candidates must provide and upload the following documents: their 2025 original UTME/DE slip, SSCE result(s), birth certificate or declaration of age, certificate of origin, and relevant qualifications such as NCE, ND, HND, or IJMB for DE applicants.
Prospective students are strongly advised to complete their registration before the deadline and ensure that all personal details and documents are accurately uploaded.
